       Mr. Lee, fondly known as Sheng, is the founder of Exceptional Performance Sdn Bhd. He is the leader in personal coaching and professional development consulting through his expertise in Accelerated Human Change Technologies. Sheng had numerous years of experience in training and development in various capacities. He began his career with Thomas Nelson Publishers Inc. (Nashville, Tennessee, USA) as a Marketing Executive where he excelled to become the Divisional Sales Manager. He was responsible in recruiting, training, and leading sales teams to expand the company's educational products markets to the southern region of the United States. For this achievement, and his consistent outstanding performance, it is not surprising that he was awarded the accolade of "Nations Top 10 Manager" in 1995.

      Throughout the years, Sheng has earned a reputation as a respected leading trainer in Malaysia who has consistently brought results to his clients. One can attribute his achievement to his expertise in Accelerated Human Change Technologies. Sheng is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP). In fact, he is one of very few qualified NLP Trainers in the Asia Pacific region. Besides being an expert in NLP, Sheng is also a Certified Trainer of Time Line TherapyÔ (TLT), Certified and Registered Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy (with the American Board of Hypnotherapy), Certified Reiki Master, and The First Professionally Certified Firewalking Instructor in Malaysia. He is the best selling author of "The Pathway to Exceptional Performance", Neuro Activator, Relaxation CD, New Behavior GeneratorÔ CD & Results MaximizerÔ CD.
